Ashland Youth Baseball (AYB) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that coordinates spring and summer baseball teams, tournaments and activities for students attending Ashland Middle School and Ashland High School. AYB also raises funds to support the high school baseball program and to improve Grizzly baseball facilities.

AYB's volunteer board members and coaches organize springtime seventh- and eighth-grade teams that compete against other Rogue Valley teams March through May.

Summertime teams are called the Aviators (also known as "D2") for students entering 8th, 9th and 10th grades, and the Ashland Pilots, the American Legion A-level team for AHS varsity players. Summer seasons run June through early August.
